Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitable and experienced contractor to carry out electrical works under NEC3 ECC Option C Contract. Cormac are delivering a temporary housing site for the client, Cornwall Council to provide housing for those at risk of homelessness. Subcontractor to provide lump sum price to include: • "Commando sockets" to connect to existing 32amp inlet- to 18no Bunkabin Units & 4no other welfare/office units on the site. • Supply & install of all cabling (approx. 198lm) as per drawing 521B (to be a direct lay not in a duct) • Supply & install 1no GPR electrical kiosk, distribution panel, isolation switch, subject to subcontractors design • Supply & install of 18no TV Ariels Trenching works to be provided by another.
