## Description

To provide a transcription service, with some likely requirement of translation of documents and interpretation services for witnesses\. This service would be used to support the evidence gathering stage of the Essex Mental Health Inquiry \(EMHII\)\. At this stage EMHII do not envisage any Translation or Interpretation Services, but the Successful Supplier must be able to provide these services should they be required\.
