Lone Worker Contract

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is an established Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for managing the housing stock (8,000 homes) on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council. RHL was created in April 2007 to manage, maintain and improve the housing stock and housing estates across the district. RHL is also a registered provider with Homes England and has 64 properties for rent with and 8 Shared Ownership properties. RHL has also recently developed 6 properties for Open Market sale. The objective of this project is the provision of a lone worker device which is monitored to ensure the Health and Safety of our staff using a device which allows appropriate intervention as required. To assist staff in carrying out their duties in a safe environment that minimises lone working risks.

The contract length will initially be for two years with the option to extend annually for a maximum of five years, commencing January 2019.
