Provision of Credit Referencing Services

DVLA requires a real-time interface to one or more third party checking services, so that the personal details provided by a customer can be verified to establish to varying degrees of confidence that the customer's identity is not fictitious or that a genuine identity is not being impersonated. It is envisaged that data provided to a Third Party will be corroborated across a number of external data sources.
