EU EXIT HR Policy,Pay and Reward Advisor

The HR Workstream of the OEP set-up project urgently needs some additional HR advisor capacity in order to finalise OEP HR Policies in advance of recruitment to the OEP beginning in Spring/Summer 2020. In particular, support is needed with HR Policy Design and Drafting as well as pay and reward policy design.
