This lot will provide the following specialist delivery services: · Business Analysis and Service Design · Functional and Technical Design · Solution Build · Execution of Functional \(Unit and System\) Testing of Solutions · Assurance of meeting Performance and Security requirements of Solutions · Defect resolution for end to end Functional and Non-Functional testing · Provision of assets required for Release Management and Service Introduction · Third line support of solutions delivered within the product Services are specifically associated with the Real Time Test Service \(RTTS\) product, which at the current time includes: · Delivery of the UKHSA To Be integration architecture blueprint · Integration in support of Private Testing · Integration in support of Variants of Concern · Integration in support of COVID Certification · Integration in support of Voice of the Customer
