Description
The University of Southampton is appointing a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to undertake Long Term Maintenance (LTM) Works at the University of Southampton's Highfield Hall Student Halls of Residence Campus, specifically within the Wolfe House Block. The Works involve the replacement of Cold Water Storage Tanks (CWST) and all associated works. The works will generally comprise of the following: - The removal of 3no. existing cold water storage tanks and all associated pipework and valves. - The design, supply, installation and commissioning and setting to work of 2no. new cold water storage tanks. - Works in connection with creation of a new plant room. - Re-provision of access to the loft space through new loft access hatch. - All associated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm and builders works.
