## Description

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take Renovations to the entrance of Malpas Family Hub, including single story front extension, new roof over existing entrance and new bin storage area, under JCT Minor works with Contractors Design\. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works\. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price\.
