## Description

A red book valuation required of the Anchorwood Bank development site in Barnstaple \(nb excluding the phase 1 Asda site\)\. Valuations are required for the residential element \(170 units\), the commercial element \(based on existing planning consents\) and the commercial element based on the assumption revised planning is obtained in line with the Borrower's latest application\. Commentary is also sought on the likelihood the revised planning consent will be achieved and the occupational and investment demand for the various uses on site\.
