DR4988 Tower Hamlets Grant Programmes Evaluation 2015 - 2018

Description

Contract Award for the provision of undertaking evaluation work on the following two MSG funding programmes and develop and undertake a robust evaluation of the impact of Tower Hamlets Grants Programmes over the next 3 years. 1. A final evaluation of its 2012-15 MSG programme which completed on 31st August 2015. 2. A rolling evaluation of its 2015-18 MSG programme which will run from 1st September 2015 to 31st August 2018. This would include three stages: an early stage evaluation, an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. 3. Develop and implement a clear process for the annual review of approvals, outcomes and developments of all grant funded programmes across the council. The tender will also be expected to show opportunities to work closely with the Third Sector Team and build skills within the council.
