Landing Doors Replacement and Gear Inspection to South Lift

Description

Lift works - Replacing 6 sets of landing entrances. Replace the landing entrances in their entirety for non-Asbestos backed entrances to also provide a 1-hour fire rating, the landing sills can be retained where the fire certification of the new entrances is unaffected, and no Asbestos is present. The successful lift contractor will need to work with the client's Asbestos consultant who will be carrying out the requires air tests prior to the works, following removal of the door panels and prior to the new door panels being installed. With regards the existing gear unit, it is now evident that this is leaking oil and requires and in-depth forensic investigation plus report and recommendations.
