Troubled Families Data Management Solution

The following areas of functionality are currently being considered: • The ability to periodically import and update bulk data from a wide variety of internal and external data sources • The ability to match records of varying quality that do not share unique IDs • The ability to group adult and child records into families, and display both individual and family ‘views’ • The ability to interface with existing case management systems to cross check against existing service provision • The ability to track individual and family progress against defined eligibility criteria (e.g. youth offending) • The ability to report on the numbers of families and their achievement against the defined outcomes (e.g. percentage reduction in youth offending over the previous 6 months) • The ability for caseworkers to record their contacts, case notes and referrals on individuals and families, and attach relevant files • The ability for caseworkers to view family genealogies, chronological summaries, and to view individual and family progress in achieving outcomes related to their eligibility criteria • The ability to build and generate a wide range of reports
