Work description
Gateshead Council requires suitably qualified and experienced Insurance Companies (NOT BROKERS) to provide suitable, quality Lease Holders Property Insurance. Gateshead Council will follow the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation for this procurement process.
Whilst the Council reserves the right to award the contract without negotiation after evaluation of the initial bids, they may choose to enter negotiation after initial valuation and before requesting best and final offers (BAFO) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
