GB-London: Whole life carbon reduction in trains through effective design and specification [T1237-01]

Description

This project aims to deliver a better understanding of how to apply design standards and factors in determining the whole life carbon impact of trains and baseline values for train energy consumption. This is an essential component of industry efforts to deliver its decarbonisation targets in the most cost-effective manner. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
