Quantity Surveyor for Assistance with the Procurement of a Kitchen and Bathroom Contract.

Description

Hounslow Housing have a kitchen and bathroom replacement programme that has an annual value of £2,400,000 Hounslow Housing self-deliver this service but have a back log and require a contractor to be engaged to eradicate the back log, in year one and to be available to carry any additional kitchen and bathroom replacements, in years 2-4, that the in house team cannot self-deliver. The works will include the following:- Kitchen and Bathroom replacement/installation Kitchen and Adaptation (Bathroom) replacement/installation Adaptation (Bathroom) We require a consultant to assist with the procurement of the above contract/s. We anticipate using an existing framework to procure the contract/s.
