## Description

A SAST tool conducts automated scanning of source code to look for security vulnerabilities, and in some cases a failure to follow coding best-practices\. This allows for a defence-in-depth model, so that the PPF can gain assurance around development work undertaken internally\. This contract has an initial term of two years, with two 12-month extension options\. The overall contract value \(including the two extension options\) is £232,305 \($310,500\)\.
