The objective of this project is to understand the success of activities around Walking, Cycling and Horse-riding \(WCH\), intended to deliver positive outputs and outcomes for our customers\. Learning will inform continuous improvement activities \(and the future WCH work programme\) and future assurance proposals for WCH ensuring we are delivering the right quality in the right places\.
