## Description

PDS has a requirement for ServiceNow Managed Services to manage the administration, support of ServiceNow Platform\. The scope of service includes Application Maintenance activities such as resolving the issues reported on ServiceNow, fulfilling the service requests, carrying routine maintenance tasks such as health checks etc\.
