Substation 2 and 3 Power System Upgrade The project consists of the following: • Extension/modification of the existing HV ring 2\. • Installation and commissioning of two new substations S2\.1 and S3\.1 • Standby diesel generation • Outgoing power circuits to new sub section switchboard \(new and existing\) • Testing and Commissioning of new electrical plant • Migration of existing circuits to new sub section switchboards • Testing and commissioning • Decommissioning of existing HV/LV Electrical plant and cabling • Final integrated systems testing • Associated builders work
