Health & Wellbeing Review Services

This work is to provide Bradford Metropolitan District Council with a review of the current Adult Social Care Strategy and Operating Model to assess the evidence supporting the current transformational plans in order to validate the achievability of projected outcomes, taking into account risk impacts, readiness to change, sustainability and deliverability. The review will aim to identify possible improvements in service delivery and efficiency, gaps, dependencies on other projects and quick-wins that can be implemented to help ensure the long-term financial stability of the council and the provision of high quality services to our citizens.
