OHCAT wishes to engage a contractor to undertake the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the kitchen and servery for both ambulant and non-ambulant service users\. Additionally, on the first floor in the location of classroom 4 and 5, the removal of a partition wall to combine two separate classrooms into one teaching facility and associated building works\.
