## Description

The council is tendering for a Department for Transport \(DfT\) approved EScooter operator to provide an EScooter hire service for the duration of the latest DfT trial extension of 24 months commencing 1st June 2024\. The operational areas will include the three current in Taunton, Minehead and Yeovil\. It is anticipated a fourth area in Bridgwater will be introduced in the autumn of 2024\.
