Minor Construction Work and Building Services

Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a framework agreement with suitable contractors for general building works, plumbing and mechanical and electrical services across Norfolk and adjoining counties. There are 3 Lots (Lot 1 subdivided in to two value ranges) and applicants can apply for any or all lots. Lot 1 - General Building work - Sub divided into: o Lot 1A value up to ?200k o Lot 1B value ?200k - ?800k Lot 2 - Plumbing and Mechanical work value up to ?200k Lot 3 - Electrical work value up to ?200k Successful applicants will be appointed to the framework agreement to provide work in accordance with the service specification, together with the documents making up the Framework. Appointed contractors will be invited to participate in further competitions with successful providers being awarded contracts for individual projects.
