Description

The works involve the full adaptation and refurbishment of Woodhouse Level 1. A new Faith Centre is to be created including Islamic prayer rooms, wash facilities, multifaith areas and the adaptation of Estates and Facilities areas. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
