## Description

MSV Housing are seeking to secure an approved ranking list of contractors to provide property clearance, waste and fly tipping removal services for properties within Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire\. A mini competition was completed via Lot 6 Cleaning/Property Clearance of the Contractor DPS, and the contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 12 months based on satisfactory performance\.
