Finance Automation Programme

The Buyer is facing a significant pressure to stabilise services and improve performance effectiveness in the wake of the pandemic; respond to a surge in demand; and address growing backlogs across products. This includes the need for a programme dedicated to the Buyer's Finance Department, providing dashboard development across the following service areas: - Personal Independence Payment - Pension and Retirement Services - Debt Management - CFEMS - JSAPS, NGCCM and PDM - Additional or alternative service lines may be identified based on changing organisational priorities; the scope of Supplier Services will remain the same
