Test Valley Rural Net Zero Business Support Service

Test Valley Borough Council is committed to supporting business and to play its part in tackling the Climate Emergency. We need to support our businesses to meet the Net Zero challenge and to help them transition to a low carbon world.

To meet this challenge Test Valley Borough Council wishes to appoint consultants to deliver a Test Valley Rural Net Zero Business Service. This Programme will be funded from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) and will run until end of March 2025.
