**Please note this is an award notice and not a call for competition** This project was procured and awarded via CCS RM6172 Grant Administration Services Dynamic Purchasing System under the following filters: Sector > Central Government Services > Full Programme Management Salix Finance Limited had a requirement for a Delivery Partner to support the delivery of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) and Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) 2) funded projects. SHDF is a Scheme under Section 98 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act which seeks to upgrade the energy efficiency of Social Homes in England, rated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Band D and below. HUG 2 is a Scheme under Section 31 of the Local Government Act which seeks to provide energy efficiency upgrades and low carbon heating to low-income households (<£31k per annum) living off the gas grid in England. The worst performing off gas grid homes, ranging from Energy Performance Certificate Bands D-G, will be eligible to receive upgrades via the Scheme. The desired outcomes under this contract are: - A single point of access for Grant Recipients - Effective management of applications for Grants - Effective portfolio, risk and fraud management - Effective data and performance management - Effective project assurance and support - Clear communication and engagement - Collaboration with the Technical Assistance Facility and evaluation providers The contract comprises of a 9 month pilot, and two optional extension periods (9 + 27 + 12 months), for absolute clarity this award notice covers the initial 9 month pilot.
