## Description

This was a framework call off - The Mersey Tidal Power Project \(MTPP\) is currently in its development phase \(Phase 3\) and the client team require Commercial/Quantity Surveyor and Scheduler support services to assist in formulating the project's outline cost plan for reaming Phase 3 activity, Phase 4 - FEED activity, Phase 5 procurement and to inform the Budget CapEx assessment for construction and Opex assessment for operations and maintenance\.
