Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development - University of the Arts London - MEP Works

It is the intention of the London Legacy Development Corporation ("LLDC") as the Contracting Authority to put in place a contract with one contractor for the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health works for the University of the Arts (UAL) building at the Stratford Waterfront Culture and Education Development at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park ("QEOP"). The works required include (without limitation) the design, supply, testing commissioning and handover of the shell and core Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services, as more particularly described in the procurement documents.
