HAU - The Demolition of Buildings

Principle Contractor for Demolition Works, to deconstruct, remove asbestos and demolish building structures in accordance with the project documentation and drawings provided in the ITT. The contract is let as a NFDC, commencing 18th May 2026.

This underlying contract is awarded following a mini-competition from Lot 5 - Low Rise Demolition Works (4 Storeys and below) of the EN:Procure Asbestos, Demolition & Water Hygiene (GEN4) Framework.
