## Description

To design and build a concrete skatepark, to replace an existing steel structure, in accordance with the information provided within the specification, to serve enthusiasts for skateboarding, BMXersm scooters and roller-bladers\. The skatepark will be situated in Central Park, Chelmsford\. A maximum budget of £145,000 \(ex VAT\) has been budgeted for this project\. The design will be subject to evaluation by a stake-holder group in accordance with the evaluation manual, incorporated in the tender pack\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
