North East London - Older Adults Supply and Demands Modelling

North East London (NEL) councils and the NEL ICB are seeking to adopt a more regional approach to the commissioning of adult social care services for the elderly. This should lead to extensive benefits, both in terms of the ability of respective organisations to collectively manage the market and in terms of maximising the use of commissioning resources.
