ITT for Provision of Occupational Health Services

University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group require an external management referral service to support effective management of employee health and wellbeing and reduce sickness absence; and to comply with our duty of care to employees. The service should be provided in a timely fashion to support the ongoing work of individual Managers and HR Business Partners/Advisors to allow them to support staff during periods of sickness absence and ongoing health concerns.
