## Description

University Hospitals of Northamptonshire NHS Group require an external management referral service to support effective management of employee health and wellbeing and reduce sickness absence; and to comply with our duty of care to employees\. The service should be provided in a timely fashion to support the ongoing work of individual Managers and HR Business Partners/Advisors to allow them to support staff during periods of sickness absence and ongoing health concerns\.
