Manchester City Council Highways Service is pleased to present the opportunity to tender for consultancy services. Manchester City Council Highways Service wants to procure a transport / highways consultancy to provide expertise to the Council on the impact of the High Speed 2 project on the highway network in Manchester. This contract is being procured via Further competition through ESPO's 664_21 Consultancy Service Framework, Lot 5.
