## Description

Dear Sirs, You are invited to tender for the above titled project\. The primary aim of the project is to undertake refurbishment and alterations to part of the existing C floor area which was previously used a storage space\. Minor layout alterations will be made so as to remodel the area into a laboratory for a Dilution fridge along with associated work areas\. The alterations will involve fit out, forming of a new opening for a new leaf and a half doorset and associated mechanical and electrical works\. Please refer to the tender documents for full informaiton\. The works include, but are not limited to; minor demolition, construction of new walls, internal glazing, specialist mechanical and electrical installations for extraction and ventilation, new floor coverings, reconfiguration of power / data and decorative works throughout\. Please note the previous list is not exhaustive\. This is a non-EU open tender exercise\.
