Foy House, located on Margate High Street, has been designated for conversion from office use to short stay emergency accommodation (Temporary Accommodation) for which there is an urgent and continual demand within the District. Thanet District Council is seeking to procure an Architect and Lead Designer together with Principal Designer, to complete the Design Team for this scheme.
