## Description

This Notice relates to publication of call-down contract under Lot 4 \(Finance\) of Crown Commercial Services, Management Consultancy Framework Three \(MCF 3\) that requires a service provider or a consortium of service providers \("Supplier"\) to provide technical assistance to the Bangladesh Bank - the central bank of Bangladesh and its Banking Sector Task Force\. This includes undertaking a needs assessment, creating a roadmap for Bangladesh Bank to resolve troubled banks and toxic assets on bank balance sheets, developing a bank recovery and resolution framework and putting in place contingency planning and crisis management processes\. This technical assistance contract is part of the FCDO's Transformative Economic Policy Programme - Bangladesh \(TEPP\)\.
