***Modification of the Contract***

Contract Variation DDaT19127 002 - The contract has been extended by a further 2 months to Wednesday 31st March 2021 which has brought the total Contract value to £5,239,150.00 excluding VAT. The option to extend the contract was provided for as an optional extension in the original procurement.

Contract Variation DDaT19127 001 - The contract has been extended by 5 months to the 30th January 2021 which has brought the total Contract value to £4,735,900.00 excluding VAT. Options to increase the contract value and to extend the contract were provided for in the original procurement.

This contract is for the provision of a highly skilled and proven GDS supplier to provide technical and development expertise to supplement UKRI's in-house delivery team in the beta phase of building the UKRI Funding Service.

The procurement process undertaken was a further competition under Lot 1 of the CCS RM1043.5 Digital Outcomes & Specialists 3 framework agreement.
