AL1819 - Library/IT Meeting Pods (4)

Purchase of 4 IT Meeting Pods and installation at Salisbury, Chippenham, Trowbridge & Corsham.

Pods should be entirely enclosed units with capacity for 4 people, be fitted with ventilation, noise isolator and a lockable door from the outside.

Approximate total size 2540mm x 1540mm x 2300mm. They should have power and data point connection capability. Furniture to be supplied (4 PC chairs and table per pod) as part of the contract.

These meeting spaces are designed to improve opportunities for residents to meet privately and within in their local community with Public Health specialists and social prescribers in non-clinical settings. They will be installed with a public access computer and video conferencing camera and microphone. (The IT equipment will be purchased separately and is not part of this tender).
