## Description

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust intends to appoint a planning agent to support with the Trust's estate major works programme\. This proposed appointment requires the agent to support with planning applications for the following schemes: - Existing Clover Building Decant \(anticipated value of £3m\) - Clover Building Replacement \(Rebuild\) \(anticipated value of £10m\) - Integrated Front Door \(IFD\) Major Works \(anticipated value of £25m\) - Existing Commonhead Building Replacement \(anticipated value of £2m\) It is the expectation that this contract will be let on a 1 year basis\.
