## Description

The equipment to be procured will form a facility to measure devices, antennas, circuits and materials in the frequency range up to 110 GHz\. It is important that equipment will measure on-wafer antennas and devices before and after bonding /packaging\. It is important that all the equipment is compatible with each other - see dependencies\. The three items of equipment to be purchased under separate tenders are: 1\. Antenna Measurement System; 2\. Vector network analyser; 3\. Probe station\.
