GB-Wallingford: Oracle Managed Service

Description

As we come to the end of our post-independence support contract with UKRI we require a managed support service for our critical Oracle databases. These are core to many projects across UKCEH and therefore cannot be without support for any period of time. After discussions with numerous providers only one (Logicalis) could offer the level of service and cover that we require. They are also experienced in research centres for this type of work. This work consists of a 3 year managed support contract. This has been awarded as a Direct Award from CCS Framework RM6100 Lot 3b. Additional information: Direct award on RM6100 Lot 3b
