## Description

The London Borough of Havering \(the Council\) is commissioning\) is commissioning a Young Carers Support Service for up to 7 years \(5 years contract with possible 24-month extension\)\. The Council's intention is to support Havering Carers and increase community resilience to help people to look after themselves\. A suitable provider would be required to deliver the service to Young Carers living in Havering who are taking on caring responsibilities for a family with a long-term illness, disability, mental health or substance misuse issue\.
