External Auditors

Description

livin is currently seeking to procure an External Auditor to carry out the audit in accordance with auditing standards and issue an audit opinion on the consolidated financial statements of livin and the financial statements of Livin Developments Limited. In addition the successful tenderer will be required to provide certification of calculation of loan covenants (in accordance with livin's loan agreement), VAT sharing arrangement and Right to Buy sharing calculation. The external auditor is also required to produce a management letter/report to the Audit & Risk Committee covering key audit findings.
