Description

Procurement strategy for youth homelessness and support services. Lot 1 a) - Delivery of the Solihull Youth Hub Service: Delivery of housing- related advice and housing options support and statutory homelessness prevention and relief services to single people aged 16 - 24 (and up to their 25th birthday). Lot 1 b) - Provision of a Supported Lodgings & Nightstop scheme for Solihull: Delivery of a Supported Lodgings and Nightstop service in Solihull, leading on the recruitment and support of hosts, managing the referral and placement process and providing on-going support to the hosts and young people placed for the duration of their stay. Lot 2 - Delivery of Solihull Youth Pathway Services (Housing Related Support for Homeless Young People): Delivery of the Solihull Youth Pathway services to ensure a sufficient supply of good quality, affordable accommodation to support young people on their journey to independence with flexible floating support options available.
