The South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority requires consultancy support to develop a Financial Investment Decision Making Framework\. This Framework will consist of an investment toolkit, smart investment targets, and a decision-making methodology\. Collectively, this Framework will afford the MCA the ability to make consistent, standardised and efficient decisions on how best to affect financial investments\.
