Marketing Manchester (part of the Growth Company) is seeking appoint a provider to supply the design and development of visitmanchester.com and meetinmanchester.com. You are hereby invited to submit a tender for the above services.

Visitmanchester.com is the main digital channel through which we deliver our tourist board activity, promoting Greater Manchester nationally and internationally to visitors. Meetinmanchester.com is the main digital channel through which we deliver our Manchester Convention Bureau (CVB) services, promoting Greater Manchester as place to host meetings, conferences and events.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) document pack contains Instructions and Information for Tendering, Specification of Requirements, Organisation Questionnaire (including Form of Tender), and Contract Conditions.

You are required to make your ITT submission via the Growth Company Panacea Tendering platform. https://app.panacea-software.com/growth

Once registered, you must log into the system, go to 'Register Interest', select this tender and click the 'participate' button. Navigate to 'My Questionnaires' where you will be able to download the tender documents. Your ITT submission will be made on the Portal.

Any submissions received after this time will not be accepted. This is automated on the platform therefore you are encouraged to allow adequate time to upload your submission documentation. Please do not email your tender response, any submissions received by email will be rejected.
