Significant changes in the structure and due to a need for a more enhanced and proactive service given our challenges ahead means Trafford Council are now considering how to operate their communications and marketing function going forward. The Council is currently scoping what that specification could be and the potential methods to procure this. The functions in scope are:  Marketing (campaign development)  Press, PR and internal communications  Social media management
